JCW is recruiting for a global financial services firm seeking a Director of Finance Systems to own its Oracle Cloud finance platform and lead the team that connects Finance with Technology. This is a high-visibility seat with real influence: you’ll set the roadmap, run delivery and support, and serve as the go-to partner for senior finance leaders on everything systems-related. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a distributed team (onshore and offshore) supporting Oracle Fusion ERP and connected finance applications
• Act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, turning business needs into practical system solutions and clear recommendations
• Own intake, prioritization, and the roadmap for projects and enhancements, and report progress, risk, and value to senior leadership
• Set design and configuration standards, and sign off on complex or cross-module changes
• Partner with finance data owners on core structures like the chart of accounts, legal entities, and hierarchies
• Oversee production support, including ticket triage, SLAs, root-cause fixes, and reducing repeat issues
• Work with Internal Audit and SOX on controls, segregation of duties, and audit evidence
• Build out the team’s skills, staffing plan, and career paths

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar
• 10+ years in finance systems, with significant experience managing distributed or offshore teams
• Hands-on depth in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM
• Track record running requirements, functional design, and configuration in a controlled production environment
• Experience owning a finance application portfolio end to end, from projects and releases to day-to-day support
• Nice to have: CPA or CMA, an Oracle Cloud implementation or re-platform, third-party integrations (treasury, tax, revenue), and experience with BI and reporting tools
