About the Role
JCW is partnering with a prestigious investment management firm to hire for a Senior GRC Program Manager within their Risk & Audit organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, ServiceNow-savvy program manager to own the build-out of the firm’s GRC framework, working directly under the Director of Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices to shape how Risk and Audit operate on the platform. This is a rare mid-to-senior seat — not an architect role, not an end-user role — for an experienced program leader who can sit in the middle and actually run the program.

What You’ll Do

• Own the senior-level program management of the firm’s GRC system, sitting at the intersection of Risk and Audit as part of the Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices team
• Lead the build-out of GRC frameworks on ServiceNow, functioning as a quality-assurance layer across the two lines of defense
• Partner directly with the Director of Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices and senior leadership to define and drive the long-term program roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with adjacent business stakeholders across Risk and Audit to align priorities and delivery at a senior level
• Manage processes (not people) — bridging the gap between technical ServiceNow build-out and day-to-day program execution
• Operate as a trusted, senior program owner with significant autonomy, balancing platform requirements against business needs

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience — this is a firm requirement
• Extensive, proven program management experience at a senior level — able to own a program end-to-end, not just execute within one
• Someone who sits in the true middle ground: not a ServiceNow architect/builder, and not simply an end user of the tool
• Financial services background preferred, but candidates from other industries with the right ServiceNow + senior program management combination will be considered
• A senior self-starter who can manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally with minimal oversight

Location: Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX (relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate)

This role is open to senior candidates from investment banks, asset managers, or other financial services organizations with dedicated GRC/ServiceNow program functions, as well as strong senior ServiceNow program managers from adjacent industries.
