JCW is partnering with a fast-growing biotech company to find a HR Business Partner for its site in Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded, hands-on leader who thrives on turning high-level strategy into real business impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of learning & development programs that build strong, capable people managers
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams across the organization, embedding HR into the heart of the business
• Turn company strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive the business forward
• Take full ownership of the goals management process, from strategy through implementation of a new supporting system
• Drive board compensation review and benchmarking initiatives across the organization

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, including building commercial organizations and serving as a strategic advisor
• Experience in the life sciences industry
