Vacancy: Laboratory Specialist with a focus on Haematology.

I am currently partnering with a global leader in laboratory diagnostics to recruit for a Laboratory Specialist with an FAMH in Haematology. You will leverage your expertise to perform complex analyses, validate new assays, and ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in laboratory testing.

Your day to day:
 

• Perform a wide range of Haematology tests, including advanced assays and specialized analyses.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Haematology, providing guidance and support to laboratory staff and healthcare professionals.
• Lead validation studies for new laboratory assays, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor quality control measures and participate in proficiency testing programs to maintain accreditation and certification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret test results, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize laboratory workflows.
