Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Sterile Compounding | Texas

I’m partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing compounding pharmacy seeking a

Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations and compliance.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll work closely with executive leadership and own:

• Pharmacy compliance and regulatory oversight
• Sterile compounding operations (503A/503B experience highly preferred)
• Quality systems, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and batch record review
• DEA compliance, controlled substance programs, and state licensure
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality

Ideal Background:

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
• PIC or pharmacy leadership experience
• Sterile compounding experience
• Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory compliance
• Multi-state licensure is a significant plus
