Overview:
Contract PM to lead enterprise-level program/project delivery within a regulated financial services environment, with a focus on risk technology, compliance transformation, and cross-functional governance.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years senior PM/program management experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
• Direct experience with regulatory compliance programs, risk & controls frameworks, or audit remediation
• Strong governance background — steering committees, executive reporting, milestone/dependency tracking
• Enterprise change management or technology deployment coordination experience
• Proficiency with PM/governance tooling: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Project
• Experience managing multi-million dollar portfolios/budgets and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
