Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Northern Colorado

A commercial pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor at its Northern Colorado site.

This is a hands on leadership role supporting pharmaceutical production and packaging operations, with direct responsibility for team performance, GMP compliance, and execution on the manufacturing floor.

You should apply if you have:

• Direct supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging environment
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements as they relate to production and packaging activities
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly manufacturing employees
• Experience with batch records, SOPs, production documentation, deviations, investigations, or CAPAs
