I’m working on a search with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Central New Jersey’s pharma corridor.

They’re looking for a Program Manager - Technical Operations to lead capacity and performance improvement projects on the manufacturing floor and partner directly with senior leadership.

What they’re looking for:

• 8–10 years of project engineering or project management experience in manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical background
• Track record leading transformation or capacity expansion projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Polished communicator who’s comfortable with the C-suite and ready to roll up their sleeves
