Recruiting for a hands-on Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing manufacturing programs within a structured PMO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer-facing projects from kickoff through delivery, keeping scope, schedule, budget, and quality on track
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and driving clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones on time and resolve risks proactively
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes; lead stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital equipment
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred
