Substation Inspector

We are seeking a Substation Inspector to oversee contractor work across capital projects, ensuring all construction meets safety and quality standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor contractor crews to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction specifications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Document daily progress, material usage, and contractor performance for reporting and review.

• Perform final inspections and quality assessments to verify proper completion of work.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of substation construction experience, including project oversight responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of transmission substation construction practices, safety standards, and equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; strong communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Georgia and support after-hours or storm duty as needed.
