Growing manufacturing organization seeking a supply chain planning professional to help drive the next phase of S&OP/SIOP maturity and operational excellence.

This role will partner with leadership across operations, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to improve demand planning, capacity planning, inventory strategy, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional decision making across multiple manufacturing sites.

We’re looking for someone with:
• 6+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience
• Strong background in demand, production, capacity, or inventory planning
• Exposure to S&OP/SIOP or planning transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience influencing stakeholders across a matrix organization

Ideal backgrounds include medical device, aerospace/defense, electronics, industrial manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
