A qualified Accountant with over 25 years of finance experience, Ben has extensive experience in the recruitment sector having worked for both Page Group and Cielo Talent. Ben joined Search Capital in January 2024 and as CFO he is ultimately responsible for delivering quality financial reporting, working alongside the other C-suite members to provide strategic direction , ensuring financial success and making sure adequate resources are available to achieve ambitious growth plans.
